Ingredients

T-T-30-35mins.
4 servings
  • 1chana dal papad
  • 5mini moong dal papad
  • For filling
  • 1 bowlmix vegetables grated (cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower)
  • 100 gmpaneer
  • 1 tbspchopped dry fruits (cashew, almond, raisins)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededFresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tspoil
  • For gravy
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspbutter or cream
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 bowlonion paste
  • 1 bowltomatoes puree
  • 1 tbspginger garlic green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededFresh coriander chopped
  • as neededOil for frying rolls

Steps

T-T-30-35mins.
  1. 1

    For preparing stuffing--heat a with oil..Add cumin seeds..When they crackles...Add chopped dry fruits and all grated veggies..Stir..Add salt and cook coverd for 4 -5 mins..On low to medium heat..till they soft..Add grated paneer and all dry spices..Mix well...Add fresh coriander...Mix...And switch off the flame...Keep aside.

    Take moong dal papad.. Apply some water on it...Add filling...And roll carefully...Seal it with water or all purpose flour slurry..And shallow fry or deep fry in hot oil..Keep aside.. Prepare all papad roll similarly..

    Take chana dal papad..Cut it into 2 halves...Apply some water...Add same filling..And cover it..To give a shape of samosa..And fry in hot oil..Keep aside.

    For making gravy..Heat a pan with oil..Add cumin seeds, fennal seeds...When they crackles add ginger+garlic+green chilli paste...Saute...Add onion paste and cook till light pink in colour...Add all spices...Stir...Add tomato puri...And cook for few mins..Add butter or cream..Cook for another min..Add prepared papad roll to the gravy...Coat nicely...Add fresh chopped coriander...And garnish with grated paneer..

    Veg paneer stuffed papad roll in gravy is ready to serve...Serve immediately..With roti or chapati.
