Steps

Wash the yam with vegetable brush don’t peel off the skin because the nutrients is beneath the skin

Cut in two and put in a pot add enough water and salt and cook until tender

Add oil in a pan and heat it up,add the onions,spring onions and green pepper stir fry a bit

Add the tomatoes,curry and thyme and seasoning

Add the fish and stir

Break the eggs,whisk and pull in to the stew allow to form before turning all together

Serve with your cooked yam
