Ingredients

4servings
  • Ogbono seed 1 milk cup blended
  • Uziza leaf a handful
  • Crayfish plenty blended
  • 4 piecesYellow fresh pepper
  • 15 piecessmoked goat meat
  • Smoked Titus fish
  • 1 handfulbitter leaf washed
  • Bonga fish
  • Native maggi(ogiri 1/2tsp)
  • Plenty fresh Tatashe (red bell pepper blended
  • 1/2 tspSea salt
  • 1big head of stock fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the goat meat,stock fish and put in a pan with water

  2. 2

    Put on heat and add salt and cook till tender

  3. 3

    Add the blended pepper and the smoked fish,crayfish and bonga fish

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for 5 minuets

  5. 5

    Add the blended Ogbono and the crayfish with the ogiri

  6. 6

    Stir and cover,cook for 10 minuets

  7. 7

    Add the uziza leaf and the bitter leaf stir and cook for another 5mins

  8. 8

    Serve with any swallow of your choice
