Take all ingredients in abowl.add water in parts so as to fron a thick battee

Slit green chilli from one side add in hot water in 1-2 minute,then add salt and dry mango powder inside of mirch

Dip chilli in batter evenly coat the mirch with batter and also apply some batter inside the green chiili

In a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry the batter coated grreen chill in oil till they golden brown and crisp
- 5
Serve pakoda with pav bread..
