Roast peanuts on low flame on gas till it's starts releasing odour. Take it off the flame and remove the penut's cover.

After it gets on normal temperature, mix it with milk and beat it till it becomes a fine paste.

Put mixture in a kadhai and put it on gas. Start mixing the mixture on high flame and don't forget to stir it continually. Add sugar to it and add it well

Stir the mixture for 15 mins and then add ghee to it when you see the mixture leaving the oil.

Add elaichi powder to it and add well. When you see the mixture turning into a thick paste like a dough then take 2 plates turn it upside down. Now take the dough like mixture and divide it in two halves and spread it on the plates equally.and rapidly. Dnt forget to add ghee before puting the mixture on plates.

Now spread the mixture with a rolling pin or belan.give the mixture like 5 mins to settle then cut the mixture into diamond shape and put the chandi work on it.

Let it cool on the shelf of the kitchen and then take out the sweet like diamond pieces and enjoy
