First par boil baby corn. Boiled potatoes and mash add. cornflour salt corriender chopped peri peri masala 1 tb. mozzarella cheese mix well.

Now merination of baby corn. Take a bowl and mix peri peri masala 1 tsp. vinegar salr and ginger chilli garlic paste. mix well. nmerinate for 10 - 15mins.

Now grind dry bread in powder form and add 1t.spoon peri peri masala.

Now take amerinate baby corn and coat with potatoes mixture outer layer. and coat in a bread crumbs. and fry.

Serve with mayonese and ketchup dip. Yummy innovative peri peri corn cheese rolls is ready to serve.
