  • 2cksp grinded Crayfish
  • 3 piecesFresh pepper
  • 1Onion
  • 1/2 cupPalm oil
  • 2 cubesStock
  • Handfulleaves Scent

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut plantain rinse and put in a clean pot,next is onion,salt,palmoil,grinded crayfish,stock cubes.

  2. 2

    Place on the heat,boil for 15-20mins stir with a wooden spoon still leave on the heat.cut the scent leaves and add to it.stir again and is ready.
