Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours. And drain the water keep aside

Boil potatoes

Take sabudana in a bowl add grated potato and all the ingredients except cheese.Mash it well make it like a dough

Break 2 eggs and beat well by adding little salt

Take one small ball from mixture keep it on your palm flatten it little bit keep the cheese cube and cover it properly and give cylindrical shape.

Now dip the croquettes in egg mixture then roll into breadcrumbs.

Fry on medium heat oil till golden colour.

Serve hot with tomato sauce and with mast masala Tea.
