Wash the fish properly

Cut into pieces according to the size that you want.

Make the batter of cornflour, ajinomoto and eggs (batter should not be thick).

Dip the fish pieces in the batter gently and cover the fish in the breadcrumbs properly.

Heat the oil in a wide vessel and fry the pieces till crispy and light brown.

Serve with mint chutney and tartar sauce.
