Heat a pan add oil,add greenchilli,& chopped onion swallow fry.

Add gager,blackchana mix it well.fry 5mints.

Add paneer&all Spices mix it well.

Transfer a bowl &add hung curd mix it well.

Take a bread cut the side sprinckle little water. Add stuffing cover it.the eep with a maida slury &deep fry the cutlet.

Serve with greenchutney&red chutney.
