Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 pintmarinara sauce see my recipe Ciabatta bread sticks
  • 1 poundground beef 80 /20
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/3 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • To tasteground black pepper
  • 1 poundhotdogs 8 of them
  • 8 slicespotato hotdog buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the beef and break it up very well

    Add the spices and sauce.

    Let it simmer 15 minutes on very low heat

    Steam the hotdogs then add to a bun
