Ingredients

  • 400 gfish fillet
  • Breadcrumbs
  • I cup flour
  • Deep frying oil
  • 3eggs

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a big bowl. Then sort the fish fillets by chopping them into desired shapes

  2. 2

    As you heat the oil, dip the fish fillet in flour then eggs and finally breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Do this to all fish fillets then deep fry them till golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve with Kachumbari
