Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsppeanut butter
  2. 2 sliceswhole grain bread
  3. 1/2 Tbsphoney
  4. For dry fruits porridge.
  5. 1 cupbroken wheat (Dalia)
  6. 4 cupmilk
  7. 2tsps soaked,peeled and chopped almonds
  8. 2tsps soaked and chopped walnuts
  9. to tasteHoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Peanut butter on whole wheat toast is a quick and easy that gives you a healthy combination of carbohydrates, protein and Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread. Sandwich the honey between the two slices.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the bread with butter-flavored cooking spray just before putting the bread on the skillet.

  3. 3

    Heat each side of the sandwich for 2 minutes Cut in triangle.Serve warm.

    For dry fruits porridge...Heat a big heavy bottom wok, add broken wheat and dry roast for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Keep aside.

    Add 4 cups of milk in a pressure cooker, add roasted broken wheat. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles.

  6. 6

    Open the lid and add honey to taste.cook for 5 minutes on low heat.Add 1 cup more milk at this stage if it seems too thick. Add finely chopped dry fruits,mix well and switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Serve warm dry fruits wheat porridge with wheat -peanut butter toast and an apple as an apple a day keep you away from doctors.complete breakfast.
