Peanut butter on whole wheat toast is a quick and easy that gives you a healthy combination of carbohydrates, protein and Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread. Sandwich the honey between the two slices.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the bread with butter-flavored cooking spray just before putting the bread on the skillet.

Heat each side of the sandwich for 2 minutes Cut in triangle.Serve warm.

For dry fruits porridge...Heat a big heavy bottom wok, add broken wheat and dry roast for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Keep aside.

Add 4 cups of milk in a pressure cooker, add roasted broken wheat. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles.

Open the lid and add honey to taste.cook for 5 minutes on low heat.Add 1 cup more milk at this stage if it seems too thick. Add finely chopped dry fruits,mix well and switch off the flame.
