Ingredients

2 cupsoaked and boil white chana
2onions
2tomatoes
2green chillies
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tspred chilli
1 tspchana masala
4 tbspmustard oil
Some paneer cubes for garnishing

Steps

In a iron kadai heat oil

Put cumin seeds.chana masala.salt and chilli powder

Put strained chana and mix well
4

Now add chana water slowly and mix well
5

Add chopped tomatoes.onions.green chilli
6

Now garnish with paneer cubes
7

Serve with kulchas
