A very healthy starter made from broken wheat and Paneer.
Steps

Soak broken wheat for 2-3 hours
- 2
Drain out water nicely and mix grated Paneer, thin Poha and all masalas as per taste.

Make dough of mixture.

Make equal size kebabs out of the dough.
- 5
Shallow fry kebabs in a pan.
- 6
Serve kebabs with mint or coriander chutney..

You can add any vegetables and ginger garlic to make it regular version.
