Wash your maize.

Add the half cup water,the baking soda,salt and steam. (the baking soda softens and gives the maize the brownish color.)

When the water drys up, fry the maize on very low heat until you get this.

Serve with tea. 😋😋😋😋very delicious. Thanks to our indigenous mama's for this recipe.
