  1. 1 tspmaida (refined flour)
  2. 1 tspvinegar
  3. 1/2 tspsugar
  4. 1 bowlwater
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 3-4curry leaves
  8. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add maida and roast it.

  2. 2

    When roast add water,vinegar,sugar and salt take a boil.he

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a other pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle spread on sauce.
