Ingredients

10 minuets
  1. 10green fresh limes
  2. Plenty ginger blended
  3. 5 piecesgarlic blended
  4. leavesSmall mint
  5. 10oranges

Steps

10 minuets
  1. 1

    Squeeze out all the juice from the limes and oranges

  2. 2

    Remove the seeds

  3. 3

    Blend the ginger, garlic and mint leaves

  4. 4

    Sieve our the shaves

  5. 5

    Mix all the juice together

  6. 6

    Take half a glass on an empty stomach first in the morning.
