Prepare the chicken fillet with sugar, salt, pepper, Japanese cooking wine and teriyaki sauce

Chopped garlic, sliced onion and carrot on the alumiumn foil paper, with some olive oil

Put the chicken fillet over the onion, and still add some lore garlic and onion on top, with some black pepper and Chili

Put it in a toast oven and cook for 15 minutes.
