Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1large vine ripened tomatoes
  2. 1/3 poundhotdogs
  3. 3buns for hotdogs
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 3 teaspoonmayonnaise
  6. 9 piecessport peppers
  7. As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam fry the hotdogs, heat a skillet hot. Spray with nonstick spray. Add the hotdogs cover for 3 minutes. Add the water and cover again.

    Steam for 3 minutes then remove from heat.

    Slice the tomatoes into wedges thinly then add salt.

    Add mayonnaise to the buns and add 4 tomato slices to each bun.

    Add the hotdogs

    Add the sport peppers and serve I hope you enjoy! Add any extra wedges to your plate!
