  1. 4ripe avocado
  2. Halfa red onion diced
  3. The juice of a lime
  4. 1large red tomato
  5. 3 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Deskin your avocados and remove the pip. Put in a bowl with the garlic finely chopped.

    Chuck in the diced onion and tomato and mash, add in the lime juice and serve with tortilla chips.
