  • Tamarind as many yhu wish
  • to tasteSugar or honey
  • Lime juice
  • Water according to amount of tamarind

    Ensure you are using the dries tamarinds

    Remove the skin of the tamarind to remain with the sculp

    In a sauce pan put water add the tamarind lime juice and sugar

    Bring to a boil

    Let it boil until it becomes soggy

    Clean your hands and deseed the boiled tamarind

    Then using a sieve separate the pulp from the juice

    Put the pulp aside.it can be uses for marination

    Dilute the juice according to your choice and add sugar or honey according to your taste
