  • 500 gmpointed gourd
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 1/2coconut desiccated
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add gourd and saute well till it is soft

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As it is soft add poppy seeds paste and coconut

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well
