Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 2-3 tbsp biryani masala
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 2Chopped onions,chillies
  6. 1 tspghee
  7. 250 gmChicken

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric,chilli powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 30mins to 1 hour.

    Wash and soak the rice for 20-30 minutes.

    Take a pressure cooker and add ghee,add masala's,onions,chillies,ginger garlic paste. Saute well.

    Add marinated chicken,chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder,garam masala.

    Cook untill water oozes out from chicken, now add soaked rice and water. Add mint and coriander leaves. Pressure Cook upto 3 whistles. Tadaa it's ready to serve.
