For rice:-

Take a pressure cooker and add oil & put cumin seeds in it.

Now put black pepper and curry tree and cook for 1 min.

Add green peas in it and cook for 2 min.

Now add rice and water in it.If you add 1 glass of rice then put 1 glass of water.

Cook for 10 min.

For Chole:-

Soaked overnight the chole and boil the chole for 15 min.

Make tomato and onion puree.

Now take a wok and put oil and add puree in it.

Saute it for 2 min.

Add cumin seeds in it.

Now add species like salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder in it and mix well.

Cook for 3 -4 min.

Add boiled chole and saute it.

Put water in it.

Cook for 4-5 min and put garam masala.

White chlole is ready to serve with rice.
