1 cupsweet corn crushed / or 3 corn on cob grated / 1 cup frozen corn
1 cuppotatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cuppanner grated
1green chilli chopped 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
to tasteSalt
1 tspGaram masala
1 tspChaat masala
1/4 cup bread crumbs
as neededOil

In a bowl, mix boiled potatoes, corn, capsicum, green chilli, salt, garam masala, paneer, bread crumbs and mix well

Make balls and flatten them.

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and toast them on both sides untill golden
4

Serve cutlet hot with chutney
