Steps

Firstly take maida and rawa in a mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients except oil.

Make a smooth paste and thin paste.

Now heat a nonstick pan and grease some oil on it.

Spread a tblspn paste on pan. Flame should be medium high.

Put some drop of oil on this uttapam and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Let check, when it done, flip and cook for 2 minutes.

Our instant maida uttapam is ready to eat.

Serve it with green chutney or tomato catch up.
