Ingredients

  1. 150 gmwhite chane
  2. 1/2 bowlfinely chopped onion
  3. 1 Bowltomato puree
  4. 1 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  5. 2 tspChana masala
  6. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. Handfulwhole Garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsphing
  10. 1 tspdry mango powder
  11. 1/2 tspblack salt
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. To tastesalt
  14. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    First soaked the Chane 8 hours, after that boiled the Chane.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and chopped onion and saute till change in colour.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic chilli paste and saute a minute

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree and salt and saute till leave the oil

  5. 5

    Now add all spices and roast it

  6. 6

    Add boiled Chane and cook on low flame for 20 minutes
