Steps

Boil the chaap atlist 10-15 min.

Take a large mixing bowl add yogurt and all the masala,salt and oil & mix it very well.

Add soya chaap and mix with the masala. Then keep it in the refrigareter 30 min.

Afrer 30 min now arrenge all the marinated chaap are string onto the kebab sticks and apply little extra marinating masala.

Then place them into the cooking tray.

Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 200° centrigrated.

Now cook them in 200 digree for 20 min and turn the other side after 10 min.

After 30 min the kebabs are done & ready to serve.
