Mushroom Tanduri Tikka

It's simple,easy to make and very tasty staters.
Steps

Wash the mushroom in hot water.

Take a large mixing bowl add yogurt and all the masala,salt and oil & mix it very well.

Add mushroom and onion cubes and capcicum cubes and mix with the masala. Then keep it in the refrigareter 10-15 min.

Afrer 15 min now arrenge all the marinated mushroom and onion and capcicum cubes are string onto the kebab sticks and apply little extra marinating masala.

Then place them into the cooking tray.

Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 180° centrigrated.

Now cook them in 180 digree for 15 min and turn the other side after 10 min.

After 25 min the kebabs are done & ready to serve.
