Peel, remove the seed then wash and boil

Then blend to have a smooth paste, add a little water for easy blending

Pour it in a sufuria, then add the sugar, salt and some water

Stir till the ingredients have dissolved then add flour & water bit by bit kneading it to a perfect consistency. Not too hard and not too soft. When it done put 3tbs of oil and continue kneading

Let the dough rest for 30mins, divide into 5 balls. Then roll each ball and spread oil and cut according to the size you want

Roll the cuts to something like thia

Roll out each piece and fry on medium heat to avoid burning

Repeat till they are all done.

Serve with your favourite stew
