2 Halfripe plantain
Seasoned salt
1fish
4 cubesMaggi
1cksp Palmoil
Ginger
Garlic

Steps

1

Peel plantain,give small cut and place in the grill to grill till is ready.
2

Cut the fish and wash then mix maggi cubes,salt and dry pepper together and put in the fish and place on the grill.
3

Parboil the beans,rinse and boil till is soft with salt,maggi cubes,ginger,garlic and palmoil.
