White lentil gram curry (Mash ki daal) ☺
A healthy curry for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. You can enjoy it with rice, flat bread or just simply eat and enjoy. Serve hot. 😊🍜

In a pot heat oil, add black cardamom, black cloves and garlic paste. Mix well.

Now add, green chilli, onion, tomato and mix well until onions are sautéed and tomatoes mashed. Cook on low flame.

Now add soaked white lentil gram and mix well and now add 1 cup water and cook on low flame.

When white lentil gram is cooked and curry is made garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
