Measure 4cups of local rice and pick out dirt and stones then wash the rice

Soak rice over night,u will see some foam on top of the water which indicates a bit of fermentation

The next day sieve out the water.. Take a handful of the soaked rice and cook till soft bring down and allow to cool a bit den mix the cooked rice with the remaining soaked rice

Add onions (optional) to it and blend till soft adding water while blending to get a not too thick and not too watery batter

Pour the blended batter in a clean bowl..add a teaspoon of yeast cover the bowl properly keep in a warm corner and allow to rise for at least 3hrs after 3hrs u will notice some bubbles and the qty would have increased

Add sugar and den a pinch of salt to boast the sugar then mix well

Oil ur mass pan or nonstick pan wit a tablespoon of G.oil then add the batter flip once dark to d other side same way as pancake and bring out.

Then serve with anything of ur choice...
