Wash and cut burai chilke in small pieces... Peel,wash and cut potatoes in small cubes... Cut onion.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker... Add cumin seeds, hing, onion... When it turns red add turmeric and chilli and coriander powder... Now add burai chilka and mix for 1 minute.....On low flame

Now add potato and salt and again mix well fir 1 minute

Cover the cooker....And leave for 2 whistle....

After 2 whistle switch off the flame...

Open it....Add garam masala...And serve😋😋
