Firstly wash the daal and half cook it with salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder for 10 minutes.

Then add Multigrain Oats and fully cook it for 5 minutes.

Now your healthy Khichdi is ready.

Method for Lasagna

I have made it in air fryer. Take air fryer bowl grease it.

Then spread Khichdi, now spread black chane.
Then spread grated cheese. - 8
Now again spread Khichdi and black chane.
Finally spread grated cheese. - 9
Put in air fryer for 10 minutes on 180 degree centigrade.
Now demould it and sprinkle red chilli powder and relish it.
