Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2small onion
  • 1 smallcarrot
  • 1/4 large green pepper
  • 1 tbsolive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2cooked egg yolk
  • 1 Pinchsalt

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean all your veggies thoroughly. Don’t forget to soak them in vinegar or Bleach for 15 minutes before preparing them.

  2. 2

    Then cut all your veggies in your desired shape. Add cooked egg yolk, and season with lemon, olive oil and salt.
