  • 500 gmArbi
  • 1/4 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  • 4 tbspMakke ka Aata(maze flour)
  • 1 tbsp Carom seed
  • 2 tbsp Ginger- garlic paste
  • 1 tbspCumin seed
  • 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  • 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chat Masala
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Coriander
  • to tasteSalt as per taste
  • as neededMustard Oil

    Boil arbi.

    In a bowl add all spices, and arbi.

    Mix well, and add gram flour, and maze flour, and knead it like a dough.

    Now take a ball,and make kebab.

    Now heat mustard oil in a pan. Put these kebab.

    Fry both the side, now sprinkle chat masala and fry till golden brown.

    Kebab are ready, sprinkle lemon juice, and some salt and red chilli. And serve.
