Fried Plantain with pancakes
A light snack to keep you refreshed and on your feet on a busy day.
Steps

In a bowl whisk milk and egg

Pour into the bowl of flour

Add 1tsp of Veg oil and mix

Rub oil in a frying pan and place on low heat
- 5
Add some of the batter to the pan

Swirl around the pan immediately

Cook on low heat for about a minute and turn it over after it must have turned gold brown.

Bring down when both sides have turned the desired colour

For Plantain: Cut the plantain to desired sizes, sprinkle a pinch of salt, mix and set aside

Pour Veg oil in frying pan and heat up

Pour in the sliced plantain and fry.

Serve plantain and pancake with any drink of choice
