First take oil in pan heat it add mustard seeds let it splutter then add Chanadhal and urad dhal let it become slight brown then to this add curry pata and hing roast for two mins then add tomatoes with salt and cook well then add the boiled Chanaand let it soak the taste of the tomatoes, once done add water and let it come to a boil to this add roasted vermicelli with salt and cook well and serve.

Another alternative is instead of tomatoes you you can add lemon size tamarind pulp.
