In a bowl, combine the sugar, yeast, and a little warm water.

In another bowl, beat the egg, vanilla, oil, and vinegar together, then add the yogurt and mix well.

In a large mixing bowl, sift the flour, then add the baking powder and powdered milk. Mix well, then add the yeast mixture and egg mixture. Knead the dough, adding warm milk if needed until smooth.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Then divide it into balls and let them rest for a bit longer.

Shape the dough as desired.

For the topping, brush with a mixture of egg and vanilla or milk and instant coffee, then sprinkle with black seeds and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. After baking, turn on the broiler to brown the tops.
