Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupsooji
  • 2 cupstomato puree
  • 1green chilli
  • 1red chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • pinchHing
  • 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspchana Dal
  • 1/4 tspurad dal
  • 1Curryleaves
  • 4Cashew
  • Ginger grated one
  • 4 tspOil/ ghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First roast the sooji in a pan and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Then add oil and once heat add mustard cumin and allow it to crackle then add hing curry leaves and chana and urad Dal and mix

  3. 3

    Then add salt and tomato puree and mix when boils starts coming add sooji and continue mixing and close the lid for 3 minutes. And add roasted Cashew s
