Ingredients

50 min
3-4 servings
  • 4 cup milk (1 ltr)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (thick tin milk)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup nestle cream (dessert cream)
  • 2 tspagaragar powder (china grass powder)
  • 1 tsp rose essence
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder
  • 2 tbsppistachios and almonds (chopped)
  • as needed saffron strands

  1. 1

    All well except essence, saffron strands and cream till it bubbles
    remove from flame and àdd essence, saffron strands and cream beat well then cool for 10 mins, pour on pudding moulds any you desire or bowls and sprinkle blanched nuts then let it cool and set.
    keep in fridge to chill
    unmould and serve!!
