Take bowl put Soya flour, Oats flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, hing, red chilli powder and mix it nicely and make thick batter like pakodre.

Then baked it for on microwave for 2 min. After that demould it.

Veggies stir fry method:-

Take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds crackle them then add veggies and saute it.

Then Cover the lid and cook on low flame. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala saute it.

Boiled veggies stick method:-

Boiled the veggies with adding salt.
Then take stick arrange veggies and sprinkle black pepper. - 10
Tomato Gravy method:-

Firstly take pan put oil heat it then add onion, Garlic saute for 2 minutes then add tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes then switched off flame.

Now take grinder put saute onion and tomato and grind it.

Then take kadhai put oil heat it add cumin seeds crackle them then add paste and saute it.

Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, Kasturi Mirchi, Kasturi and saute it then add milk and saute it.

Now assemble the sizzler-

Take sizzler plate and heat it for 45 minutes. Than arrange Cabbage leaves. Now put muffins, stir veggies, stick veggies. Then drop the tomato gravy and see the sizzling.
