Sweet Lime Chicken
I really like the freshness of lime juice.
Steps

Beat the chicken till equal in thickness. Heat the oil.

Season with the spices.

Coat each piece with all purpose flour.

Pan Fry the chicken in oil till done.

Zest the limes. Then juice the limes. Keep one lime in reserve.

Heat juice with the zest and sugar in a pot.

Juice the last lime I was getting 1/4 cup of juice per lime. Mix the 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of lime juice, and cornstarch.

Add the cornstarch solution to the lime juice solution stirring constantly on simmer till thickened.
