Steps

Put your washed terere in a pan and cook it on medium heat. Add coconut milk and whole garlic cloves and let it simmer for 20 mins or until the coconut milk dries

While the terere is simmering dice your onion and tomato

Fry your onion and tomato and add the simmered terere
- 4
Add a little coconut milk and salt to taste and let your terere to simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with your ugali.
