  • 1 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1 tspCurry powder
  • 1 tspThyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash ur yam and put in a pot of salted boiling water and Cook till done.

  2. 2

    Drain off water from yam and allow to cool.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, crack in ur Eggs,Curry,Cinnamon,Thyme and little Knorr cube and whisk properly.

  4. 4

    Heat up a frying pan with veg oil.

  5. 5

    Coat the Yams with the egg and begin to fry till both sides turn golden brown.

  6. 6

    Ur yamarita is ready.
