Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 handfulpeanuts
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tbspbangal gram
  • 1 tbspurad gram
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Bikaneri sev
  • Coconut powder for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a work. Put semolina and fry till golden brown.

    Cut onio and potato into thin slice

  3. 3

    Now heat 1 tbsp oil in another work put potato and fry for 5 mins.add onion and peanuts bangal gram and urad gram and stir fry till peanuts cracks put mustardseeds now add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add salt and chilli powder in the last put semolina and stir it quickly.at the time of serving garnish with bikaneri sev coconut powder.
