Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 500 gwashed cauliflower
  • 200 gbeaten curds
  • 250 gpureed tomatoes
  • 250 gonions and ginger garlic and green chillies paste
  • to tasteSalt and dry powdered spices
  • as neededOil, Sabji masala and kasuri methi as per your choice

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the cooker. Add oil jira hing and 2 broken red chillies

    Add onions ginger garlic and green chillies paste. Let it get brown

    Add all the dry powdered spices and salt. Mix well. Add the tomatoes puree and mix well and simmer for 3 min

    Add the florets and mix well

    Add some water and allow 2-3 whistles. Now add the beaten dahi and mix well and add water if required

    Let it boil for 5 min and garnish with fresh coriander/mint leaves

    You can cook it in an open pan too
