Add onions ginger garlic and green chillies paste. Let it get brown

Add all the dry powdered spices and salt. Mix well. Add the tomatoes puree and mix well and simmer for 3 min

Add the florets and mix well

Add some water and allow 2-3 whistles. Now add the beaten dahi and mix well and add water if required

Let it boil for 5 min and garnish with fresh coriander/mint leaves

You can cook it in an open pan too
